Mary D. Moscarell has joined Crystal International as vice president of business development.  She will manage cosmetic packaging sales.  Moscarell brings more than 15 years of experience in injection molding and development in the cosmetic industry.  Prior to joining Crystal, she held the position of director of sales for Topline for the past 11 years.
